Privacy Policy

Advertising on this website is managed through Google Site Kit or another external integration. Its scripts may load independently of Reownix’s optional ad button. Google services may receive page, device and browsing information independently of local file processing. See the disclosures and Google privacy links below.

Domain lookup and usage analytics

Domain lookup sends searches to Google Public DNS, RDAP.org and domain registries, either directly from the browser or through a WordPress relay when direct requests fail. Hosting logs may record relay requests. Those providers receive the domain and network address. Reownix does not save searches. If enabled by the operator, Google Analytics receives fixed tool identifiers and tool-open, result-created and download-click events to estimate usage and approximate country/city. No client files, filenames, resume fields or lookup domains are sent as Reownix event parameters. Consent controls and provider privacy practices apply to analytics.

SEO tools and reports

SEO tools request public website URLs through the hosting server without client sign-in. Current audits, campaign tasks and entered details remain in page memory until the page closes or is refreshed. Reports and project JSON can be downloaded onto your device. New client projects are not stored in WordPress by the public interface. Administrators retain access to projects explicitly saved in earlier versions; existing records are not automatically deleted. Hosting logs and temporary hashed request-limit records are separate. Do not enter passwords in management notes. Contact the operator for deletion of legacy saved data

Files and tool inputs

Reownix reads selected files into temporary browser memory and processes them on your device. It does not upload client files, drawn signatures, QR content or outputs to WordPress, create a database record of them, or store a browser history of results. Download links use temporary object URLs. Clearing or closing a tool releases its references and download URLs; this is not a promise of forensic memory erasure. Downloads you save remain on your device until you delete them.

Website infrastructure

Loading the website requests code, fonts and other site assets from the hosting server. The host may record information such as IP address, request time, browser details and requested URL for security and operation. Hosting and security providers may retain access logs for operation and security. Contact us about the information held by the website operator and requests relating to it. Website analytics, including Google Analytics when enabled through Site Kit, may collect page visits, interactions and device information separately from local file processing. Client files are not sent to analytics providers by the Reownix tools.

Optional advertising

When Google advertising is enabled and loaded, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve advertisements based on prior visits to this or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalise ads using those visits. Advertising providers may receive device and browser information, IP address and page information.

Manage personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings. Learn about Google’s use of partner-site data at Google’s partner-site policy. Other participating vendors may offer opt-outs through their own websites or AboutAds choices. Google advertising and analytics operate separately from the local tools. Their data practices are described in the linked Google policies.

Advertising choices

Google Site Kit or another external advertising integration can load scripts independently of the tools. Use the website’s consent controls where provided and the Google Ads Settings link above to manage advertising preferences. Browser cookie settings also provide controls. These choices do not change the fact that tool files are processed locally. A local advertising load button is not a replacement for a provider-required consent platform.

Contact and external websites

Emails you send voluntarily contain the information you include and are handled through the operator’s email service. Sponsor links and contact links open external services whose privacy practices apply there. Reownix cannot control those services.

Your requests

Contact admin@reownix.com about access, correction or deletion of personal information you supplied to the operator. Reownix cannot recover a tool file that stayed on your device. This policy may be updated when the website’s services change. The review date above identifies the current policy revision.
