Using the tools

You may use these tools for files you own or are authorised to edit. Do not use them to infringe another person’s copyright, impersonate someone, create deceptive documents or misuse personal information. Removing a watermark does not grant rights to the underlying image.

Check your output

Keep an original copy and inspect every result before submitting, printing or sharing it. File-size reduction may lower resolution and readability. Passport photo sizing does not verify official acceptance. Browser memory limits can prevent large files from processing.

PDF changes and signatures

Compression creates image-based pages and can remove searchable text, hyperlinks and form functionality. Page copying may not retain bookmarks or interactive forms. Editing a signed document may invalidate an existing certificate signature. The signing tool places a visible image and does not verify identity or provide a cryptographic digital signature.

Static QR codes

QR codes contain the text or destination you enter. They do not include a redirect or tracking service from Reownix. A linked website can change or stop working. Scan-test your code, check the destination and share Wi-Fi credentials responsibly.

Availability and third-party services

The tools are offered as available and may change. The operator does not promise uninterrupted service or acceptance of every result by another organisation. Advertising and sponsor destinations have their own terms. The operator’s responsibilities and any limitations remain subject to applicable law.

Local results

Download your result before closing the workspace. Reownix does not save or recover your processed files. Your downloaded files and any sharing decisions remain under your control.
